After more than 35 years leading complex early learning programs through start-ups, union compliances, enrollment instability, staffing shortages, regulatory audits, funding changes, as well as being a director of an after-school, an infant & toddler and pre-school programs to name a few, there are things that became quite apparent. The shortcomings regarding enrollment and staffing is not an enrollment or staffing issue per se, but infrastructure short comings. I stepped away from direct center management, I have put together an elite team who share my focus and mission to equip directors nationwide with scalable enrollment and system infrastructures to rise above, grow and maintain their programs.
